Bucket List

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, and fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of the Universe. Playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people will not feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine. It is not just in some of us; it is in everyone and as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give others permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others. I plan to learn more this year, push the limits, develop new skills, and enhance old ones. I want my life to be a magnificent story where my daily life is better than my dreams.

Everyone is always asking what my Bucket List looks like…Well, here it is! Items in blue are completed and there are new items being added to the list all of the time. Enjoy!

    Love your bucket list. I actually had to steal a few ideas from yours to add to mine and now, I’m up 38 items. EEK! Off of your list, I’ve done 16 (does it count if I just crowd surfed and not stage dived first), 18, 24, 33 (I have about 1200 jumps…where is your home dz?), 40, 42, 53, 57, 61, 68, 73, 76, 91, 92, 101, 115, 119, 120, 122, 123, 126, 128, 141, 143, and 146.

Good luck with accomplishing these items. And congrats on taking your trip (saw the most recent post).

      Hey Kristi!
Thanks. Glad you’re enjoying the list. I’m always adding new items. There are soooo many fun & exciting things to do in this great big world. Yeah, I think crowd surfing counts. As long as you’re having fun it doesn’t matter what you do. My home DZ is Raeford, NC. If you’re ever nearby let me know & we can make some jumps together 🙂

      Have a great day!

Your list is very inspiring. I’ve been working on my own bucket list for the past few months and yours is similar to mine in nature and things listed. I think having a blog like this is more motivating to accomplish more things (I have mine in a journal as of now). My advice to yours (if you want to expand) is to not forget the little things in between, such as helping someone else cross off their bucket list, cooking a meal for a needy family, donating blood. That way, when the mood strikes to be adventurous, there are several things that you can do when you are between trips that don’t require money or going far. Life is about the big things, small things, and everything in between. Thank you for the motivating posts and I look forward to seeing more.

      Hi Berta!
I would love to visit Puerto Rico. I’ve heard it is a beautiful place. Do you still live there? If you are ever on the east coast of the States let me know and I can show you around when I return in a year. There are beautiful mountains, lakes and great BBQ & southern hospitality 🙂 Glad to have you along for the journey. Have a great day!
